What's your day like?

As the Full-Time Color Display Coordinator at Growing Green, you will take center stage in designing stunning color rotations that align with current trends and seasonal availability. You will efficiently manage plant orders, ensuring they fit within financial parameters while fostering strong relationships with both local and non-local vendors for optimal service and pricing. Your role will involve pre-ordering plants up to a year in advance, seeking out new varieties, and scheduling blooming programs to maximize visual impact. You will ensure each delivery meets Growing Green's high standards, approving shipments and resolving any quality issues with growers promptly.

Additionally, your expertise will shine as you track client preferences, manage costs for profitability, and oversee the logistics of blooming plant installations and replacements. By maintaining efficient communication with clients and staff, you will ensure that every blooming program looks perfect, driving customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall Growing Green experience.
