We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the COO and executive team to support the scaling of the company. Successful candidates will be self-starters with experience working as part of fast-paced teams. This role will provide individuals with an exciting view of scaling up in one of the most cutting edge technology areas today.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to the COO and oversee company-wide execution while helping shape the company's vision, including supporting fundraising
• Execute initiatives to drive organizational efficiency and direct cross-functional projects end to end
• Spearhead the annual budgeting process and continuous measurement by partnering with finance and procurement
• Work with the executive team to enhance data collection across all functions and generate actionable insights
• Support the extension of team culture as we scale, including setting up initiatives to measure employee satisfaction
• Facilitate executive-level communication internally and externally at events, meetings and conferences

Successful individuals will have:

• Combination of prior Chief of Staff or startup experience, strategy and planning experience, or management consulting experience (3-5+ years of relevant experience)
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit: try fast and fail faster
• Fast learner with a focus on execution and delivering value
• Detail-oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills
• Self-starter who can thrive in ambiguity with ability to drive results independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range: $135-200K
