About the Position:
As a Delivery Driver / Laborer, you’ll safely deliver precast concrete products to job sites throughout the Midwest, operating a manual 10-speed truck and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries. When not on the road, you’ll assist with shop operations, equipment maintenance, and fabrication tasks at our Ashley, IN plant. This position is ideal for a self-sufficient, safety-minded driver who enjoys both driving and hands-on work .

You will spend time on the road delivering high-quality precast concrete products throughout the Midwest and assist with hands-on work in the plant when not driving. Drivers earn a competitive annual income averaging $50,000+, with both mileage pay and hourly shop work. This is a full-time, year-round position with paid holidays, PTO, and opportunities for additional bonuses, including a $1000 crane training completion bonus .
