STS Technical Services is now hiring experienced Business Analysts to support Embraer’s operations in Melbourne, Florida. Position Summary The Business Analyst will support customer account management, aircraft entry-into-service coordination, compliance tracking, billing, contract administration, and continuous process improvement efforts. This role plays a key part in streamlining operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality service for aviation customers. Key Responsibilities Support customer account setup, onboarding, and compliance verification Assist in coordinating aircraft Entry-Into-Service processes Manage annual compliance screenings for customer accounts Provide support for billing processes (CSP, EC, MODs, Tech Pubs) Collaborate with the Contract Administration Officer on contract tracking and proposed changes Create internal reports and data visualizations for management Work with project managers to define goals and scope of improvement projects Create professional presentations and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders Track, establish, and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Law, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related function Experience in the aviation industry is required Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong working relationships Strong communication skills and attention to detail Experience working in multicultural and global environments Desired Skills Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong critical thinking, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience in data analysis and performance tracking Fluency in English required; Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, or other languages a plus Working Conditions Must be able to work safely and adhere to OSHA, EPA, and regulatory requirements Flexibility to work varied hours when required Must protect confidential and proprietary information Commitment to Lean practices and continuous improvement About STS Technical Services STS Technical Services is a Top 100 Staffing Firm that partners with some of the largest names in aviation, manufacturing, and defense.
