Bilingual (Spanish) Claims Representative

Salary: $20.84 per hour / $41,992 annually

+10% Bilingual Differential

Boost your earning potential!

• $1,000 completion bonus upon finishing training and orientation (approximately 6 months)
• 10% evening differential for applicable shifts
• 20% weekend differential for applicable shifts
• Hybrid role: Training conducted 100% in-office (6-9 months); after training, 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home each week

Qualifications & Skills:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• In-office role - Must commute to 3535 W Pipkin Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service by building trust and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Strong computer multitasking capabilities
• Comfortable working and evolving in a fast-paced, high-volume call center setting
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Eagerness to develop new skills and consider various career paths
