We’re opening an exciting new bar concept centered around expertly crafted cocktails and elevated shared plates—and we’re looking for passionate bartenders to join our opening team.

Duties

• Strong cocktail knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail styles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Genuinely enjoys interacting with guests and creating memorable moments
• Comfortable engaging with guests and offering thoughtful drink recommendations
• Brings positive energy and great conversation to the bar experience
• Experience with prep, batching, and maintaining a clean, organized bar
• A collaborative, team-first mindset
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience is required.
• Proven ability to build classic and contemporary cocktails with consistency
• Comfortable with service well and bar prep responsibilities
• Experience in guest engagement and upselling
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems (Toast), and food handling practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
• Strong foundation in classic and modern cocktail techniques is essential.
• Looking for bartenders with a passion for mixology and experience in cocktail-centric programs is preferred.
