Primary Responsibilities:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Perform day-to-day back-office operations, including deposit product maintenance, monetary processing, return items, compliance tasks, lockbox, micrographics, legal processing, and ACH processing.\n\t
  • Research and resolve back-office operational issues independently.\n\t
  • Monitor and coordinate all deposit operations processing, maintaining clear communication with internal teams and management.\n\t
  • Provide outstanding customer service while resolving internal and external customer problems and complaints.\n\t
  • Maintain individual KPI logs and assist with procedure updates as needed.\n\t
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, bank policies, and regulations.\n

Qualifications:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • High School Diploma required.\n\t
  • Minimum 1 year of banking operations experience, including knowledge of bank products, services, and documentation.\n\t
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\n\t
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.\n\t
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\n
