Details: Our operation hours are 7-7 CT Monday Friday with 4-8 hour shifts and we have a Saturday rotation once every two years. You can work from home with occasional key moments in the office. We'll support you with our training program to ensure you're familiar with the extended warranties (vehicle service contracts) and systems.
The backgrounds we love to see are automotive claims, mechanics, technicians, service writers, or advisors. We'd love to talk if you're looking to make a change out of a dealership or shop!
Who you are: An automotive customer service professional with at least two years of technician or claims experience. You have a high school diploma or equivalent. ASE certification and Spanish bilingual.
