Job Description: The Job/What You'll Do: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven entry-level Salesforce Engineers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll support the development, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, while learning from experienced professionals.
This is a full-time position in our Concord, CA office with a hybrid work schedule. We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our office location in Concord, CA. Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and customization of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and other technologies.
- Participate in testing and integration of Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Contribute to documenting technical specifications and processes.
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies (standups, retros, etc.).
- Assist in data migration and integration tasks.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: - Understanding of OOP concepts and web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn Salesforce platform and technologies.
Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 0-2 years of software development experience.
Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $115,000-$130,000. This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
