Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking several Assemblers to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler- Warehouse

Location: West Coxsackie, NY

Pay Range: $21.00/hr

What's the Job?

• Assemble materials / products by following established work instructions using various pneumatic tools.
• Inspect components and finished units for flaws or structural defects.
• Apply specified upholstered layers to units during assembly process.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment to meet production goals.
• Maintain a safety-focused mindset in a Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per day, including overtime as required.
• Capability to lift heavy products or raw materials up to 50+ pounds multiple times per hour.
• Comprehension and adherence to work instructions and production tickets.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions and communicate clearly with coworkers.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
