Newport Beach, CA Onsite 4 days a week and remote Fridays once training is complete Pay $26.00 to $27.00 per hour Position Overview: We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialistfor an immediate opportunity to cover a leave of absence. Key Responsibilities:Process 100+ invoices daily, including both non-PO and PO invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Reconcile supplier invoices against purchase orders and apply goods received to vendor bills.Code and book invoices daily, manage weekly check runs, and maintain a supplier deposits ledger.Perform bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries in accordance with GAAP standards.Assist in month-end closing activities, financial audits, and maintain essential financial records.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as needed.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s Degree is a plusExperience: Minimum of 2+ years in accounts payable, preferably within the consumer products or e-commerce industry.Skills:Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs (highly preferred).Familiarity with NetSuiteERP systems and or other relevant accounting software.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a large volume of tasks under tight deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new software and processes.PandoLogic.
